FIFO work so bad Work/Life balance for some people
Company laughably hosts workshops about how they want to empower women and people with disabilities, but won't accommodate for them after they get their diversity hire points.
Poor living conditions on site. When you bring up concerns, management says "we hear you!" And makes you feel valued, but will do nothing about it.
They don't offer positions within the company for specific roles even though they are full time employees for all intents and purposes. Forces contractors to live without job security.

Leave your office in the city, work on site for a while, and actually listen to what your workers are saying. Most of the workers genuinely want to make things better and to be constructive. Poor management and blatant disregard for the workers causes a lack of care when they know nothing they say will actually be looked into.

Big boss is so nice, always treat us food. Working hour also good. You can go home on time. No forces to overtime. The pay also good for a contract worker. They are not easily cut our salary unless you skip work without any MC.

Lots of politics, bureaucracy and constantly changing direction, unrealistic deadlines, pockets of really poor culture and highly variable ways of dealing with poor behaviour depending on whether you were a BHP graduate (treated preferentially) or not. Remuneration lagging behind CPI increases.
