Reduce coupon value, auto apply them to all products and ditch the need for paper books. Use savings from printing thousands of smart savers and put it into the coupon $ to offset some of the lost value in automating coupons.
The daily metrics is eroding morale at a ckub level. Were losing sight of the member experience. Yelling at managers to hit metrics while slashing payroll is killing the clubs morale.
We’re reaching a size we were never even close to years ago, but some of the corporate dinosaurs dont want to adapt. You will continue to bleed talent with the arbitrary metrics and “Gotcha” regional visits. We’re not in the 1980’s anymore…. Let’s build leaders, not a bunch of yes men.

Front end manager was condescending and power trippy. Spoke loudly when publicly demeaning either customers or employees. No response from HR when reported. Not worth the $15/hr, or even the whopping $16.13/hr after two years.

Flexible work schedule and average pay not worth the 17 hr with a 1 dollar differential for long term if you have family.

Upper management runs things poorly to the point managers drop like Flys in lower management,we have cycled through several different managers all have quit and stated upper management and pay being main reasons for leaving, favoritism is a major problem management has a whole little click like it's highschool lunch hour bending and breaking rules or ignoring certain things that ground level workers will get yelled at for and given a wright up for. They can't seem to be bothered to replace managers and keep them so they throw some idiot from another dept with no management experience into the roll and claim it's temporary when it's obvious it's not no training to help the temp guy nothing place is a dumpster fire on overnights in most of the stores Manchester being the worst.
