The culture was always friendly and everyone was respectful to each other. Always busy with work and if you want to move into other departments it’s always an option. Store managers changed quite often in my time there.

I worked as a cashier and management didn't care as much about our well-being as while underaged I had to deal with older men hitting on me, there was only one manager who helped me out of those situations.

The coworkers. Not management, your DIRECT coworkers. Management wants to be your "friend" until you mess something up.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management will breathe down your neck no matter how hard your work or how much you do.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and unhelpful. Management at my store once asked what they could do to help me. When it was asked to have more help, they refused and said to radio for help. I would never get help when I needed it.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wake up, go to work, get radioed to hurry up at least four times, get told off for something not being up to snuff for them, complain with my coworkers (who agreed with the complaints), struggle to get through the rest of the day, go home, repeat.
