I love working for Payton at the Buckle in Conway. It is a fast paced, rewarding job and you always stay busy and on your toes. I learned so much about retail and people skills through this job and would recommend it to anyone needing a job in college or wanting to work their way up the retail chain.

Management tends to come and go and this location is notorious for returns from other stores which can kill overall sales. Some good guests but over all not an area to make amazing commissions.

Working here was fun at the start but after a month you start to see why people rarely stay here more than 6 months. Management was all over the place and was always changing schedules or just taking people completely off the schedule. Pay is ok during holidays but once holidays are over then you are making the bare minimum.

Great place to show off your creative style, definitely not a real job in the long run. Management is not there whatsoever but you get to work with a small selection of awesome and kind hearted people. Manager will tell you what is to be expected, then the next week won’t be following any of the expectations which makes it difficult for the team to be at their full potential. New management would be a great change but overall this is a great job if you’re in high school and need activities scheduled around your work.

I enjoy my community a lot. I do wish that the pay was higher and I didn't have to shove sales in people's faces. It's something that you have to stick with for awhile. It sort of has to get worse before it gets better.
