Caring people who want the company to succeed and do a great job. I worked there almost 10 years and when I left most of the people in my department were there longer than I was. Obviously the turnover is minimal and that says a lot for a company. Also, it wasn't uncommon for a person to leave the company but then come back. You don't see that at many companies. If you're thinking of working at Woods - go for it. You won't be sorry.

The employees are the greatest and have a dedication to the product they make that is second to none. They take pride in their product and it shows. New management team appears to have it together and it's a great place to work again.

Business was not good under previous senior management team. Layoffs and furloughs were occurring and it was sad to see this great company heading in such a dire direction.
