Cool workers awful Management
|
The pay is good and the coworkers are some of the nicest you'll ever meet. Besides that everything is either bad or mid honestly. Management and higher gives me the impression they don't care about factory workers. They just need their products. They congratulate you on hard work and making them a lot of money. On that note as far as I know and have been working I've never seen them give bonuses to the factory workers. While trying to cross-train everyone in different areas randomly. Which is awful because they don't seem to have good training practices. I feel like if you aren't the office people you don't get much. It looks easier for them to access the benefits of the cafeteria and etc. They seem to get raises and bonuses as well. Honestly it seems working for that side everything is golden but again if you are factory good luck. Also in my opinion floor manager is very bad at communicating and comes off very condescending most of the time.
