The first 10 years there was great, the last three were horrible.
New management from Shorewood destroyed the place.
Plus the new management was horrible compared to the early on managers.
They don’t care about people anymore.

Poste intéressant, mais sans évolution possible

Le poste de secrétaire est assez technique car il s'agissait de faire le reporting de production journalier, en allant recueillir les indices sur les machines à l'atelier.
Ce dernier se complétait par la prépa paies : tableaux de bord, saisies des pointages et absences, et organisation des événements de Direction.
Malheureusement ce poste était en intérim, et non amené à se créer en CDI, du d'un PSE. Néanmoins, l'ambiance entre salariés était chaleureuse.
