Things that go wrong are dealt with appropriately and help is given in abundance. Open is a word I've seen used to describe the atmosphere and a description I'd agree with. A great environment to grow as a professional. The little things make a big difference, the windows overlooking the beautiful exansive green space outside (nice to walk in surrounded by), the canteen with interesting and varied offerings of food, the general buzz of events going on and general busyness means that there's always something going on to discuss with colleagues - enough to keep people happy and stimulated enough that the workplace culture and talk tends to keeps above petty gossip around individuals. I change my mind every other day. There's plenty of intelligent and driven people, but unfortunately they are not at the senior leadership level. Advancement is a struggle as well, as the new salary grade structure has added additional levels. I love my core job and my colleagues, but I am not a fan of the higher ups running the company.
