Terrible pay, worse treatment

This job offered great flexibility and is a good fit for students who need to attend classes on campus. It's also relatively easy to learn.
|
Corporate staff gave little to no cares for it's branches and treated us like we were worthless. Management was terrible and gave jobs to people who didn't deserve them (managers best friend got hired in as a manager over someone who had worked there for 2 years). Overall, this company is filled with nepotism and poor worker treatment. At one point my entire branch had been related to the manager either through marriage or by dating her children, I was the only one not related to her until new hires came in.

Upper management needs to get rid of the current management at the Flint branch because they are simply incompetent. Real managers need to be put in place there for it to function properly and until then I can assure you that the students will still have a negative view of the store. When I started working at this branch I was warned by other students who used to work there that this job would pay scraps and be hellish and I should have just quit on the spot.
