I suppose the pay was okay They clearly don't care about the people that make the company run. Every time you try to inform HR of something that is wrong with the plant, the immediate response for Buckeye is to have 3rd party lawyer try to diminish your spirit. They are not people/employee oriented at all, which is why the turn over is so high. Before accepting a job from Buckeye, I would serious ask them what the culture is at the company and possibly take a tour.
