|
Since bird filed chapter 11, they have been pinching pennies(understandable) but it’s a uphill battle since tier left it all in poor taste for bird. Things are stretched thin but if you like e-scooter, still a fun experience to do.

The best work/home life balance. Such a positive environment filled with tons of creative and smart people. I was let go because of Covid, which was hard on everyone, but I still have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Literally best job I ever had.

OK, but boring

Working as an Operations employee at Bird had its positives and drawbacks. On the positive side, the colleagues were generally friendly and cooperative, contributing to a decent team atmosphere. However, the nature of the job often proved to be monotonous and lacked the excitement I was seeking. The daily tasks were somewhat repetitive, and the work environment, although supportive, didn't offer much in terms of challenges or variety.
While the team culture was amicable, the overall job satisfaction was hindered by the somewhat dull routine. I believe there's room for improvement in introducing more engaging tasks or projects to keep the Operations role dynamic and interesting. Despite the slightly mundane aspects, Bird is a company with potential, and with some adjustments, it could offer a more fulfilling experience for its Operations employees.

Good work, bad management

The work itself was good and most everyone I worked with was good, but the upper management is very disconnected from what actually happens on the ground. They'll push things down to you that seem good on paper but everyone that's hands-on knows it won't be a good idea
