A typical day consisted of trying to answer why your supervisor is asking you to do things he's not asking other to do. Management top to VP level was horrible. I learned so much working here. I think the only downfall with the company is that everything is chaos. Nothing is organized and as much as I tried finding ways to keep things organized the Houston office was just not of any help. A lot of the employees were stuck in old traditional ways and not open to learn new and easier ways of doing things. The managers were not really organized either and relied on the administrative staff to handle everything and sometimes even their tasks. I was grateful for the opportunity but don't really recommend working here.
