Boston Scientific was a great place to work at. However, with mandatory overtime often occurring each month it can be exhausting. Wish I can say more.

Poor work environment

Very mundane and boring work, facilities are below average for such a large company. Canteen isn’t great. Lots of brown nosing and politics in the clean room. Ok wage but low end of things for the industry. Generic radio music and shows blaring all day long.

Management is not helpful. You have to fight for your own days off. It’s someplace you don’t want to get stuck at

Typical day at work is boring, they leave you in the same station. When you want to move around it’s kind of impossible because they don't want to move you or pick who they want to put in that position. It’s a lot of families working there who have connections which makes the environment pretty unfair and hostile. There were a lot of arguments when I worked there. A lot of disagreements I witnessed could’ve been avoided if favoritism wasn’t a factor. The job itself is not hard at all every part of the job is pretty easy just confusing. I didn’t learn much there but you run into some okay people. Management sucks they don’t help, don’t check on people and if they do they really try to just intimidate you supervisors start getting nervous and then want to follow protocol. Omg the meetings are pointless. I enjoyed the free food every once in a while we’d get that.
