Very bad work culture. Management both in India and Europe region are abusive.
You have to follow holidays as per your stakeholders like if you support Germany, you will have to follow their holidays.
No job security.
Food is expensive.
9:30 hour working mandatory.
You have to work on Citrix systems which is very slow which leads to longer working hours.

the place is going downhill, but its still an solid place to work if you can get fulltime. the managers need to either be less hands on, or actually be trained on how to do the job. their ignorance and need to get involved slows everything down quiet a bit.

Two cases a month. Also, your 8 hours shift includes beaks and lunch, so basically you work 7 but get paid for 8.

Making sure you are doing it correctly.

Nice people. You do get some cranky old time union guys though.

understaffed, high turnover, 12 hour days and no time and half after 8hrs. pay is $12hr for daily OT!! constantly push you for more to not hire more staff,.management is uneducated in logistics, work culture, life.balance.
