What is the best part of working at the company? The opportunities to advance. If you are a hard worker you will be acknowledged for it. Management is great. It gets busy and hectic but if you work hard, you can advance quickly. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The holidays. But the holidays in retail are stressful everywhere. During the time I worked there, management and supervisors were very understanding and helpful. On the stocking team you work until all merchandise from the truck is staged, which usually happens within 5 or 6 hours outside of the holidays. I didn't ever have any major complaints or issues.
