They always point out negative more then positive so it make you feel unworthy you can book over 100 resume in a day they will comb through just to find that you didnât note and arrival time on one reservation out of 100 never a positive saying on your good reservation

It was fun in the beginning, but staff dropped like flies and we were forced to work so much more. Management was not the best and would take anger out on employees when scheduled. lots of favoritism

Good work family
|
Boyd overall is terrible. You're just a number to corporate and they do not care about your personal life at all. For example, their bereavement policy requires you to use your own paid time off, they do not supply the time off either. Within the business itself, the management experience I've had was great. I met a lot of friends and people I considered part of my work family. I loved my job there and it was painful to leave due to relocating away. I do recommend this business, even though corporate is awful.

Dont waste your time.
|
Get ready to work with some people that are 2 faced as can be. Especially one of the leads. Get talked down to and treated like you should know what 20 yr employees know. Ask questions and cant get complete or sometimes no answer. Employees you are watching get talked about then when employees call surveillance some agents want to act like they are best friends with them. Basically like working with high school teenagers.
