They require you to sign an employee agreement that forfeits all copyright (authorship) rights for any work complete outside of the workplace.
Employer retirement contribution vests after 3 years (you lose it if you leave sooner than 3 years).
Unlimited PTO or Flexible Time Off was only semi-flexible. I had to make up time for being away for my daughter's birthday.
