Management makes rules up as they go and the unions sides with corporate. They’ll hire you at a higher level to get you in. Then demote you and tell you that you’re not qualified. Then have you train the people that are replacing you. Also while you are doing the same job for less money.

OAKDALE was a horrible plant to work at. Corporate knew the issues but failed to address them
|
Corporate HR was afraid to address the poor leadership at Oskdale. There was constant turnover due to how people were treated. The hourly workforce was great.

Good pay and the work isn’t that hard but the supervisors and high ups suck. No communication at all and the company could care less about anything or anyone but their numbers. Favoritism is out of control

They don’t car for you. They will only help you if they want to help. They are rude & hateful, they will push you out as fast as they can & no one will help you. I think it is the worst job ever!! It would be better if it was NOT a union! Do NOT work here they do not want new people there.
