Harsh restrictions on working from home with no regard for how productive you are.
50-mile radius(as the crow flies) of the office you must commute to the office. Most companies seem to be 30 miles or less in their in-office radius. If you move elsewhere as an on-site designated employee you are still expected on site regardless of where you move or how far you are from the nearest office.
]No flexibility on Office/Work at-home hybrid schedule for family needs like child daycare drop off. Little flexibility for elder care at home.
