Was desperate for job but knew it wouldn't be great compared to all the good jobs I'd had in the 20 yrs or so before. They only offer temp low paid contract and only take people you are between jobs as suits them. Was not planning on staying longer than 6mths but got pushed into a perm job doing something I did when I started out 20yrs ago. So obviously wasn't in right role. Eventually left after several yrs later and my next job was about 3 times the pay as they were badly underpaying me. Not great insurance type company that grown too quickly and not working well at all. But of a mess to work there in every department. Avoid unless you know for a fact they the job role and department you're going to is good ie. You know someone there and recommended personally by them. May have improved since I was there but I suspect it's a lot worse now. You'd be lucky! Just don't work there ...
