None. Not even a company anymore. It is being sold because they couldn’t run the business well. And rental real estate isn’t exactly a difficult business.
Work life balance was good only because there is nothing to do. People who have been there the longest get the most. New people are screwed.

1. CAO and CIO-he only works well with people who are docile and discriminates based on sexual orientation, religion, and whatever else they can think of.
2. Mahbod Nia doesn’t even live in the US. He is only the CEO to sell the company.
