Managers play favorites. Company does not support ADA. People are not allowed to use benefits such as sick leave unless it is scheduled in advance. Leaders preach culture, but supervisors do not care about your well-being and will fire you if you are struggling or having issues such as health or family for which you need to take time off. After COVID, they let employees work from home for a very limited amount of time, and employees with co-morbidities were rushed back to work with little to no regard for their well-being, even though they could fully do their jobs at home. They terminated a good amount of employees and then denied all of them unemployment after COVID hit and they had to shut in almost all of their wells and were bleeding money. During the COVID-19 environment, this is totally unconscionable and unethical when they know there are no jobs available, to save a buck. Good benefits. Days off worked 14 on 14 off, not hard work just monotonous, would definitely work there again.
