Very good environment to work in. The people are awesome and treat each other like family. It seems they are only there to make a manager look good. No training is offered and if you have interest in an area they typical hire from the outside. It hasn’t always been like this but management comes and goes. Hopefully they will learn employees that are happy and feel appreciated make productive assets. If you are a master manipulator, liar, and great at character embellishing for your click or the people you dislike and taking credit for other’s achievements while getting your cronies to do your work. If you are a convicted crack addict with a felony record for manufacture and distribution in several surrounding counties with a ninth-grade education and the IQ of a pin cushion your chances of becoming a Maintenance Supervisor are outstanding. You can even be hired without the interviewing long standing current employees for the same position. A place where you can put anything on your application because it is never verified by the HR department anyway. If your profession is kissing tail while not accomplishing your responsibilities again, you have found your forever home!! If you believe a formal education and quality work is the technique for advancement, run as far and fast from this place as humanly possible.
