You go from a well supported institution to getting on the field training from people that don't want to be there and even less care about training you or understand your learning style. Negative and bitter are just some of the adjectives that I would give to the Transportation Managers and the OJTs. Their failure in leadership and training capabilities leads to an enormous attrition rate.
