It was fine the first year, but then it seems management had brain surgery and forgot how to be sensible. No matter what we tell them, they insist that they are right, and brush off any complaint we bring to them. After being told numerous times that the way things are being run are not efficient and it causes us to be on overtime, literately all the time, they continue to disregard our warnings and then blame US when we cannot complete the ridiculous demands they put on us. God forbid you learn how to work anywhere but your area in the factory or you'll never get to go home. If you know how to work the one area that's on overtime, your entire party will get to leave but you will have to stay to work 10 or 12 hours. If you're told you don't work the weekend in your area, but at the end of the day you are sent to an area that is working, they expect you to come in the weekend as well. While canceling all your PTO they take vacation whenever they want, and put themselves before any of your issues. The only thing I learned, was hard work only leads to disappointment. While they're getting bonuses left and right, the only thing they can give us is extra work, more overtime, and a pizza every blue moon that's always cold. They're bias, oh my gosh so bias! They'll let an employee in their circle stand around and do NOTHING, but if you point it out you're in the wrong and need to mind your business. If you stop for one minute you're lazy, but if someone they know isn't doing anything they're just tired. While you're slaving away trying to just go home within 8 hours, everyone else is enjoying themselves. At the end of the week when all you want is some sweet time alone on the weekend to recharge and regroup, it's all ruined by them saying at the last second that you have to work Saturday and most of the time Sunday, too. What is the best part of working at the company? It's a terrible place to work. They don't tell you up front, but this is a part time job. On most days you will be asked to go home early because there is not enough work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Not ongoing from day to day if I'm going to show up and asked to go home early, or asked to work a full day. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Not good at all. The work is mundane and boring. There is no path of advancement. Everyone is temporary. The company is very disorganized. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Get there on time, work on a production line for less than a full day. Told to sit on the breaktoom until more work is found.
