This includes managing volume fluctuations, nominations, daily/monthly balancing and proper/accurate sourcing of bbls     from Callon’s production.•   Work closely with internal accounting to insure proper tracking/recording for all transported and sold bbls. •   Provide as needed 24/7 on call duties regarding proper and timely nominations to insure 100% of flows•   Provide 24 hour back up support for operations to insure continued oil and gas flow in all areas such as trucking and oil/gas gathering. •   Provide contract administration for all marketing contracts/amendments. Ensure contracts are executed, filed and tracked as needed.•   Backup role for wellhead and gathering monthly nominations and daily adjustments•   Gain an in- depth knowledge of the oil and gas mechanics/operations from wellhead to end users including gathering and downstream. Additionally, gain an understanding in the logistics of gathering, takeaway pipeline and overall Permian Basin pipeline infrastructure including market dynamics. Requirements •   A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering or land required•   A minimum of one year experience in oil and gas marketing, scheduling, accounting or land, preferably Permian Basin•   The ability to communicate with inside and outside customers to ensure proper business support is given and received.•   Outgoing individual with some negotiation skills and customer relationship experience•   Self-motivated to seek out and solve issues before they become problems/challenges•   Excellent Microsoft skills including excel, word and power point•   Must be able to work in the United States without the assistance of sponsorship.Callon Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
