Management and HR is terrible

Co workers are great to work with, customers are the best part. Getting to know the local business owners and being able to help them is nice.

Management is terrible, maybe it's just our manager but there seems to be a favoritism and there are always new rules. Manager points out others mistakes in front of employees, it's embarrassing. Manager is always late and yet complains about others being late. Manager takes credibility for your work. HR doesn't contact you back in a timely manner. Nobody cares. Sell sell sell and emailed are overwhelming. We get emails for the smallest inconvenience. It's annoying

Rotate managers, my manager thoght they own the place. If you rotate managers it's easier to weed out the bad employees and not let one rotten apple destroy the good ones. Just because a manager has been there for 10 years doesn't make them a good manager..
