Calls employees really bad names in front of other employees, constantly talks about employees, tells you not to turn anyone away for any reason but then blows up when you take walk ins. Constant employee turn over. You are there over 12 hrs but they don't give you a lunch break to even eat. They do not care about their employees. Real family feel and they take care of their employees. The benefits are pretty amazing. They offer dental vision and health care. They match your 401k and offer life insurance at a very affordable rate. Depending on your position there is opportunities for advancement. The PTO is pretty amazing and you get pretty much every Holliday paid off. There are some weeks that you can get like 60-70 hours a week and the pay is time and a half. You get paid weekly. I would say overall it is an excellent company to work for and there are so many locations and different branches under Meath it that you can kind of do anything. Pay is decent. Work flow can be super slow and boring for 30 minutes to 45 minutes of doing nothing. Very physical job would not recommend if you have any physical problems. Hours of shifts are very long. If you work 2nd shift you will go in at 3:30pm and most times will get off at 2:30am. And you feel every minute of it. The very long hours causes very bad work life balance. I would only recommend taking the job if you have CNC experience and you will get $16 an hour but if you don't have CNC experience prior you will only make $12 an hour. The $12 hour pay is not worth it.
