This company is very in your face about their own politics, and when push comes to shove they act in the best interest of the shareholders (big surprise). I would rather them be candid about the arrangement we have than them pretending we are a family.

The pay doesn't feel competitive, my base salary to much lower than my peers.
Territories keep shrinking.
Our org hasn't received part of commission checks in Q1, we're on a pooled model so we get half from a team target. For some reason someone thought its ok to just give us a draw for 3 months.
Used to be a fun place to work, but culture has changed a lot over the past couple of years.
A lot of turn over and layoffs.
