What is the best part of working at the company?
It varies depending on which role you are in, but the benefits are good. The cost of benefits, as well as copays/co-insurance, did go up this year, but the benefits are really the best part.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The new "high performance" methodology is just awful, and has only eroded the culture into a mass of sycophantic brown nosing. There is a lot of favoritism. Especially in promotion cycles and ratings. Your peer feedback and customer feedback doesn't account for much even if it's stellar.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It has taken a drastic down turn into a rat race of trying to "get in on the wins" and "run away from the dumpster fires."
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Silly internal training, redundant upskilling, working overtime and ghosting hours, jockeying for favor.

They have very good benefits and a fare 401k program. the company matches 4% of your gross pay in the 401k and the full amount is fully vested as soon as u start the health insurance is very good a little bit expensive but very good coverage. very good dental and vision as well at a much better price.
