My Manager is great and always checking up on us at the machines. The hours can be long, but in these cases our Manager will even come in and work the hours with us.
|
I recently had a personal issue and could not find a single HR person to help. I dont even know if we have an HR team anymore. The door is always locked and the blinds are always closed. Anything less than a "resource" if you ask me. The door used to always be open and HR used to be available on even 3rd shift. Over the past year, it's become non-existent and we are having to fend for ourselves.

Had a bad experience with a manager there. She had favorites and they were quite “click-ish”. She made it feel like High school. Coworkers warned me about her and how she was “gunning for me” due to frivolous reasons. Then all of a sudden I got fired for a “quality issue” when I was still packing with a trainer to verify my work.
