We had record months in 2023 and because our OTD/Quality/Scrap weren’t good we didn’t get pay outs. We even had a record quarter and only got 200 dollars while the company got 12 million. The company has a promotion system and when you have the required points for the promised position some sorry excuse comes up and that promotion doesn’t happen.
