At first My first Six months, I loved my job... After, It's full of drama with some staff, no consequences for wrong actions. Needs new staff and some new managers... Stay away if you are true caregiver at heart... Although you fall in love with the residents, this place is hard to work at. And the RCC is OVERWORKED, the RCC is expected to cover all uncovered shifts if other staff cannot. It's sad when the maintenance man has to be a care partner too..
