The company currently allows for a good amount of autonomy in our day-to-day decision making.
|
The new CEO (Carlos) has demoted all managing partners by one level in the company hierarchy, reduced potential incentive bonuses by about 15%, and took away the awards trip for all the managing partners who were promised it and who earned it. The new leadership does not value the efforts of the managing partners like the founder Mel Payne did. I'm sure it will get worse over the years under his leadership.

The Cloverdale location has been failing for over seven years with regard to sales quotas, getting worse every year. The current GM has been there more than eight years and refuses to change or allow for change. The few managers that have been there the whole time (and part of the problem) are cliquey and ostrasize newcomers, especially those with experience who know there needs to be change.

There is absolutely nothing great about working for this company. Insecure Managers, Insider Trading, Unintelligent, Sexual Harassment, Toxic work culture, Racial Discrimination, Age Discrimination, the absolute worst place to work. HRD speaks bad about the West and East executive leaders.

Run, do not work here. This company is laughable. Departments do not communicate with each other, no one knows what they are doing payroll is never accurate. Everyone leaves and sue this company. THIS COMPANY IS THE JOKE OF THE INDUSTRY.
