Worked 30 years and retired. Hard work and mostly unappreciated. Glad to leave and don't miss it!! 12 hour shifts and forced to work overtime. First 12 years on back shifts before I had enough seniority to go to days.

All the overtime u want. Never mandatory. If u want to work 80 hours a week cooper is the job for you.
|
Regular factory work. Management is good. Culture is good. Hardest part of the job for me is working 12 hours. Best part of job was they had all the overtime u could work.

Lots of non mandatory overtime, good leadership

Fair pay, lenient when need time off, laid back shop. You can get raises pretty quickly here. At times there can be a lot of overtime. All in all not a bad place to work.
