Very demanding, high pressure work environment.

Cubic demand a great deal from their employees. But they fail to recognise or reward loyalty or outstanding performance. They have recently changed their appraisal process to make it virtually impossible to be fairly compensated for the massive efforts made by many of their staff. They only seem to care about cutting costs (including workforce) to the bone and maximising profits for their owners.

It is a mess. They are also starting to do the goofy DEI thing where you wonder how much they're breaking the civil rights act and illegally discriminating on race and gender. Taking racial and gender inventory of your employees is a repulsive thing to do.
