*Something is always broken like everyday
*SAFETY!!!!! Has to be one of the most dangerous places to work
*They ran the safety guy off, they've been running without for almost 2 years
*You're going to spend majority of your time with work either its outages or being called in a million times
*Oh that 300ft. stack get ready to climb that multiple times a year or even a day just to wipe of a glass
*The place is literally falling apart

*Get a safety guy in there NOW!!!! Offer them $200/hr if you have to, because the lawsuit wouldn't be worth it.
*GET CONTRACTORS Stop having your guys do work they aren't certified on, they're trained not certified.
*Stop the call-ins for little stuff if you can still run a boiler save it to the am, you shouldnt call someone in to flip a switch.
*UPDATE ALL of you equipment that place was built 30 years ago and it runs just like it.
*Bring Bonuses back you basically have guys guys risking their lives then you turn around get rid of the bonuses ,then you want to give a sign-on bonus best try to keep the you have happy there.
* Stop having people work 5-7 days straight for an outage and have 1 day off after working 12 hour days. Your really think its safe for someone to work 60+ hours get 24 hours off then work 60+ hours again is a good practice with all the stresses of life, You have 24 to get important stuff done because 10+ weeks out of the year I cant take off because you scheduled and Outage. I have to live my life around that.
*GET SOME MATERNITY LEAVE After All the sacrifice these people go through yall take away bonuses and HAVE NO MATERNAL LEAVE!!! Thats so crazy to me... You burn through all of your hours then what FMLA GET WITH THE TIMES!!!!
*But hey you dont care you'll just keep selling the company off over and over again.

Difunctional management. Dishonest management. No work life balance for operators. Very poor training. Out of date standard operating procedures. The facility is not maintained to standandards. There is a very toxic and negative working atmosphere. The benefits and pay are good for the area but not up to industry standards.
