Working with the Manager. She always make her people do the hard work. No rpooer training in team handling, races and discrimanate.

Company does not care much about employees but they would go above and beyond to give DISCOUNT to customers. No raise for straight 2 years for anyone in the company. Bit mess management.

An absolute mess

The management was inexperienced and they often did not hire from within. The workload was not fitting of the pay. Unrealistic expectations. Lazy and disrespectful managers who did not pull their own weight. Lots of internal drama within the staff.

Horrible head office
|
The company as a whole has gone down the drain completely. Their head office is a mess especially their customer service reps they don't seem to under the company policy at all.The dms are always changing ,if your lucky then you will have a dm who completely understand what it means working in a store.They don't give a dirt about their people it'sall pretend .Overwhelming amount of work and they would still cut hrs ,annoying you constantly about pushing their little vip program .Even as a manager they would msg you asking you why it was low on your day off.There is no sense if respect at all.They should retrain their dms on how to treat their team and then maybe so many people wouldn't be leaving.

Working for this company was the absolute worse time of my life. No one cares about you and you constantly get told to find a new job if you don’t like the way they run things. Would never recommended this place of work for anyone. Management is awful every single one

Decent culture, great benefits
|
No real complaints. The company feels very corporate, not a bad thing but can be eye rolling at times. People are nice, WLB is good. Health insurance is great, my deductible and copays are low. No RSUs or sign on bonus at my level, but there is an annual bonus based on total company performance.
