I have worked at a range of different companies of different sizes and cultures... and Deckers is a dream. I joined the team within the last year, and this is the most unique company I've ever worked for. The people are kind, supportive, and respectful of your time. Management models work life balance and really talks the talk. The business is doing extremely well which doesn't hurt! Feels like a bunch of kind, smart people doing a good job and then logging off. Nothing feels like life or death, and people really seem to care about you as a person. Plenty of support, resources, and not too much red tape to get things done. It is the perfect pace for me... nothing too chaotic, but not too sleepy either. They'll have to kick me out of this place... I'm never leaving!

No large overarching cons of the company! Some challenges in the marketing data ecosystem but there are teams who will be focusing on that this year.
