Overall Good Company to Work For

The pay is good, but with the raising prices in the economy, the company could do better. The workload is very intense and the downside is the work-life balance is just not there. Management is great & supportive, but by the end of every week you are left exhausted.

Quest was an okay place to work at. It had its ups and downs. My department's manager was resistant to the department's call for change and was not advocating for the employees.

It’s a reasonable work life balance. Flexibility exists, with expectations to meet demands.

i do appreciate the company itself but the Puerto Rico administration is far from good. They do not comply with the regulations imposed by the same administration. They do a lot of personal favors to their close ones regardless of the rules that correspond to the requested process. They do not give the attention that corresponds to the complaints that are reported on the day presented by their work team.

Set up for failure

The penny pinching corporate style that answers to investors over employees and patients leaves a lot to be desired. They want more and more work churned out, faster and faster with no regard to the emotional toll it takes on patients and workers. They think ten minutes per patient to do all the work of a phlebotomist, caregiver, biller, processor and receptionist is reasonable. I’d LOVE to see the people who came up with that arbitrary time just TRY to accomplish that. Depending on where in the country you work, you may be grossly underpaid for the number of hats you’ll wear in a day. If you thrive on chaos and stress, come join us.

They are very selfish.

The management is terrible. They only care about one thing....money. The give bad raises for those who work hard and give preferred treatment to others. Employees leaves after they learn everything about how. terrible the management team really is. They denied FMLA. for one person, denied maternity leave for another and allowed yet another to forge her own FMLA paperwork with them knowing fully about it.

Absolutely awful experience. Bad routines and non responsive, disrespectful, callous management. It's also very biased towards a certain type of person. If you aren't that person they don't listen to you and assist with any problems. You might acquire pain depending on what you do there. You will get trapped running over on your shift.
