Enjoyable work setting
|
It is fairly low stress for a sales position. There are no outbound calls so everyone calling wants to be talking to you. There are pretty strict parameters for keeping your schedule which can be tricky to time out while on the phone and getting to your breaks on time. Commission isn’t great compared to other sales positions.

Learned their hardest machine in less than a year only to get snubbed on a raise. Management is p Iss poor and doesn’t communicate. Lots of people being paid to do absolutely nothing. Lot of favoritism

Outsourcing to stay afloat

Joined Deluxe in 2021, outsourced in 2023. My immediate management was great. However, the company overall seems to run very chaotic. The culture seems to be very decentralized and has a "flying by the seat of our pants" feel to it.

Not the worst place to work but could improve a lot. Lower level employees get shafted. Management is laid off a lot. Pay is terrible and it is difficult to get time off. Add company holidays but some teams are still forced to work due to “company need”

The company has many different partners and contracts. Some better than others. They do hire within but the positions are quite competitive and it may be hard to move up. Not a bad place to work.
