It's a small company, so:
- Minimal Pay/Benefits
- No Room for Advancement (people are there for most of their careers)
- Bad Location (not near a major city so tough to recruit talent)
- Cheap/Penny Pinchers (wont spend unless they have to)
- Outdated Work Processes (a lot of paper pushing)
- Boring (busy for a few months, but then a lot of sitting around)
