Office is in FL so it doesn't get cold... traffic in the area is also favorable. Oh, problems are no hidden so if you make the decision to join, you will notice them right away amd can start job search again quickly. I think CEO and I there in the C Suite are getting paid extremely well and don't do much as each company under the dycom umbrella still has their C-Suite in-tact. Upgrade of towers to 5G is hugely profitable and they are as close to a monopoly as there is, not sure how that is legal or how long it will last.

No boundaries, cliques like high-school, unprofessionaliam is the norm, poor benefits, heavy workload... no management or leadership (at least per the definitions of those terms).

Marketing Director is a micromanager. They will be nice to you for the first six months then will start to rip you a part. I am the third employee to be treated this way in under a year. You can do everything right in this position but it will not be good enough. Everything you do and or create must be done their way. They do not communicate well through email and mis spells everything. Their upper management is wrapped around their finger along with HR. I would steer clear of marketing for this company. Other departments were great. This is a newer established department with very little oversight from above.
