Emergent is in financial trouble. Stock has completely tanked. There are fewer and fewer benefits for high performing employees.

Terrible Accountability

Some of the people are phenomenal people that I would work with anywhere.
|
Complete lack of accountability from all levels of the company. No management oversite. Everything is a rush job because no realistic timelines were ever set at the beginning. Management brings back contractors with long list of complaints from many employees while pushing out ones that are competent and hard working. Very High cost deductibles for medical that get higher every year. Low 401k match. Facilities that need improvements but instead put funds elsewhere. Promotion rates are terrible compared to avg for the market and similar jobs. The list goes on. Even if you raise concerns they fall on deaf ears or just don't care.
