The pay was decent with yearly raises. Work hours were 4 10hrs shifts with rotating on call weekends.

Laid off, The company lied that failed
|
I moved across two states during a pandemic because I believed in the cause of manufacturing the covid vaccine. I was also lead to believe that I was moving to a company that supported individual job growth and stability.
Instead, we manufactured a vaccine that hurt people. (blood clotting and GB syndrome) I performed above and beyond expectation and volunteered to take on projects not part my job description. Taught mangers and directors how to project manage.
After 3 years of dedication and participation. I was never promoted because of the politics of fixing the mentioned broken system. The HR department ignored me when I reached out to them over the years and asked how to be promoted and the statuses of internal job applications.

Good thing gone bad

Covid-19 change the game and the culture of the company. A lot of noise in the media. I think if the CEO would had step down and retain the top talent in leadership recently recruited the company would had recovered

Was a pleasure to work for this company from 2018-2021 but from 2021-2023 I had 5 mangers come and go. It use to be a fun everyone smiles but last couple years you can see the frustration on everyone’s face.

Once a great place to work

COVID-19 change the game and had a major impact on how business operated. Things went downhill from there. I think it was well over due for changing of the guard at the very top, but it didn’t happen until the damage was done .
