Commission structure was generous. Offered good % and good accelerators.
My pod/sales team itself was filled with good people and we had a manager who genuinely looked out for our interests and supported us.
Office in London was always available to work in, despite being very quiet.
The product had positive messaging, around improving a businesses' revenue and margins, making some sales conversations easier.

Oversaturated sales team. Too many salespeople fighting over few ICP companies. Senior/tenured sales reps hoarded 'good' accounts leaving newer reps to find it very hard to find bridges that hadn't been burnt, companies that already worked with CA or companies owned by other reps. Total Addressable Market for new rep was therefore tiny.
Not an understatement to say SDR Team was toxic. Not all of them, but certainly a significant portion. Oftentimes outright rude to Sales reps who would not qualify meetings for them. Spray and pray approach alienated a lot of businesses before Account Executives ever got to speak to them. Countless times I spoke to stakeholders at businesses who said ChannelAdvisor reps had been bothering them and had already told them to stop etc.
Company culture was relatively non-existent due to remote working environment. Empty office.
Management appeared very poor. 'Targets' were strange, in that perhaps only 1-3 reps in a team of approx 30-40 hit target in a given year, making it very hard to judge On-Target-Earnings for new hires and how well one was performing. Was good performance 50% of target? 60%? 30%? This was not clear and a failing on management. All management appeared to do was bi-monthly force reps into the office for cold-calling days. Not real leadership.
