Managers will micromanage & scrutinize every little thing you do. Depending on the supervisor, they don’t give you the chance to succeed. If you’re a provisional rep, be ready to not take any sick days or vacation for up to a year. They will literally tell you that you cannot take any days off and there is no flexibility whatsoever. You are also on probation for a year and a half. The entire hiring process takes about 2-3 months so if you need a job asap, don’t apply. Depending on the position, the customer service reps get the brunt of the work and have to take back to back calls with no breaks in between. There is always a high call volume. They make it seem as if there is room for advancement but it takes people years before getting into upper management roles. There’s better jobs and companies to work for, don’t waste your time.
