The Human Resources department needs improvement. Certain ladies have their circle and make others feel left out when a new person joins the team. They promote who they know rather than hire people with education and experience. My experience was poor and I moved on to another employer.

Salary is fair.

Employees should make new hires feel welcomed, HR department has a “click” of females and make others feel like invaders.

I love to be a team player, something that is not in el paso electric. I'm a real hard worker, but when I started to work for this company every one told me slow down. I guess they're use to just doing the minimum, something I don't believe in. I like to learn, teach, and go beyond. I love being a team player, and lead by example.

It contributed to my knowledge. I learned about lithium batteries and solar panels which guided me to be sure of what i want to study now. People there are caretakers and amazing. You learn something new everyday there.

Company has changed - seemed the last few years the atmosphere had changed. Self Directed training, especially last years. Boss didn't want employees traveling and all training was cancelled. Very much a micromanaged environment.
