Ok workplace environment with really tiny desks. Hard to get answers to questions from team leads. Easy to make metrics, overall management ok. You are keeping me stuck in writing this. What I wrote is not enough? That was my experience in this TEMPORARY, Seasonal role.

Just don't. Everyone I know who worked there was incredibly miserable.

If you called out a manager for being wrong, talking down to a team member, anything that you thought was not right. They treated you like dirt. If they didn't like you for any reason at all, they treated you like dirt. They would talk bad about you in front of other team members not caring who heard.
I will admit, I was one of those team members that called them out. I was also one of those team members who played the 9 minute "grace period" that still counted against you. If you logged in a second late because of your computer, EVEN IF YOU WERE SITTING AT YOUR DESK, you were considered late. If you had an medical emergency and you had a note, that doesn't matter.
There is no communication between management. Which means that whatever you do is a gamble. Making it stressful because you have no idea what is right and what is wrong because the "bible" they use isn't always up to date.

Been here for a few years and the management is horrible. They don’t promote from within and keep hiring friends from Wells Fargo. Watch them fire people for reporting harassment. When you have the knowledge to do your job you have to play dumb cause if you prove a manager wrong (which happens a lot due to them not training them) then you get bullied until you quit. I’ve seen them promise money to people just to change their mind after the fact (offering people a pay raise to train a bunch of new people then after those people are trained they got told they weren’t getting the pay raise cause the company couldn’t afford it). The work is easy. Cause they barely have any orders for people to work so most of the day is just slow and drags on. Management is never around because they are always “in meetings” so you can sit around for a hour waiting to get a response. The team chats are just used as an ego boost for the managers where they expect you to be happy that they check it. And if you ask for help and someone helps you they end up getting removed from the chats.
