Management is terrible and have a cronie mentality. They are not willing to improve the status quo despite high turnover. Upper management and HR knows there’s issues with culture but have not made a substantial change to improve it. The system has had issues for years that they can’t seem to fix. Employees do not want to speak up about anything not working well as management will not take any constructive feedback well.
